Our instructors are trained in soccer conditioning programs and are soccer players themselves. They will help you and your team achieve your fitness goals!

Saskatoon Kinsmen/Henk Ruys Centre
Friday: 7:00-8:30 pm or 8:30-10:00pm

SaskTel Sports Centre
Saturday: 8:00-9:30 am or 9:30-11:00am

FEES:
$160/team (one team only in session)
$100/team (if two teams share the time)
$8.00 for individual drop-in (drop-in available only if teams are booked in.)
