Important notices:

·   MEETINGS AND REGISTRATION

Monthly meetings are held at the Remai Centre, 510 Cynthia Street, starting at 7.30 p.m. except as noted. (Located behind the Travelodge).

The next SDSRAI meeting will be a Special General Meeting on June 9th at 7.30pm in order to approve a new SDSRAI constitution.

Please note that for referees to be in good standing with the SDSRAI they must attend at least four meetings throughout the year. Referees in good standing will be given preference for assignments.

Cheques for previous month games will be paid out following the meeting.

Note that 2012 SDSRAI memberships and 2012 SSA memberships  have now expired and you must register for 2013 prior to refereeing any games.

To officiate in 2013 it is mandatory to renew your membership with both Associations.

Referees who attended the Fall 2012 Entry Level Clinic are automatically registered with the SDSRAI through to the end of 2013 and with the SSA until January 31, 2014. No further action is required.

Membership with the SDSRAI will not be accepted until dues are paid in full.

Registering with the SSA must be done directly with the office in Regina.

BULLETIN BOARD.

As announced at the January 2013 SDSRAI monthly meeting, we will be utilizing the services of The Forbes Solution to maintain the SDSRAI accounts effect March 1st 2013. As part of this transition we will also be implementing direct payment of referee honorariums. If you have not done so already, please submit your banking details on this form to Michele Acton. Once we have the banking details of all of the members we will start the direct payment the following month.

• REMINDERS

 All SASI indoor games now adopt the Swipe Card system. Players with no Swipe Card do NOT play. Cards that do not swipe correctly must be recorded on the sheet which can be obtained from the Admission Office.

 Please note Swipe Cards will NOT be adopted for the outdoor season.

 All referees should now have received their Saskatchewan / CSA badge from SSA. Please ensure that badges are worn at all times when officiating.

All referees must enforce the NO jewellery law. All visible jewellery MUST be removed ( no taping is allowed), along with wrist bands, bandana's, hair clips, necklaces etc. The only exceptions are smooth wedding bands, and Medic Alert bracelets with the bracelet part taped. Non compliance means that player does NOT play. Please note this applies to Referees as well.

·         AVAILABILITY FORMS

        Availability forms can be found on the "Forms" page. Forms are to be sent to the Assignor by the 10th of the month prior. ·       MISCONDUCT FORMS / MATCH REPORT FORMS

        Misconduct and Match Report Forms for both Senior and Youth games can be  found on the "Forms" page. Forms must be sent to the SAS (morgan.gammel@sasktel.net) or SYSI (eden.rakochy@sasktel.net), as appropriate, within 48 hours of the game.
