The remaining dates for the SYSI Photo ID Card Clinic are:

Monday March 13, 2006

Wednesday March 15, 2006

the clinics run from 4:30pm - 8:00pm at the SKHRSC (upstairs).

Cards cost $10 each and players must bring ID with them (Health Card, Birth Certificate) to get the card done.

Any registered SYSI U11- U18 player may get an ID card.  Players participating in a Provincial Competition must have a Photo ID Card.
