| PLAYER PHOTO ID CLINIC
The SYSI player photo id card clinic will be held on:
Monday February 23, 2004
Wednesday February 25, 2004
Tuesday March 2, 2004
in the Saskatoon Kinsmen Henk Ruys Soccer Lounge from 6:30pm - 9:00pm each night.
All U12, U14, U16 and U18 players who have the potential of going to provincial championships must have an id card.
In order to have the card done players must bring with them a hospitalization card or birth certificate.
NOTE: Cards can not be completed without this documentation.
A fee of $4.00 per card will be charged for the card at the id clinic. |
