All SYSI Youth Games will be played as scheduled tonight, if weather/field conditions change the following SYSI rules apply: XXI. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELING GAMES 2. Canceling Games c) Cancellation of all youth games at the soccer pitch due to inclement weather or other circumstances will be setermined as follows: i) If a senior referee has been assigned, the decision to cancel or continue a game will be at the sole discretion of the referee. ii) If a SYSI youth referee has been assigned to the game, the decision to cancel or continue a game will be made by consultation of the SYSI youth referee, and the coaches of the opposing teams. The majority decision will be final and binding. iii) In the event that a game is cancelled at the pitch, a game sheet will be completed, noting the reason for cancelleation, and submitted to SYSI. |
