On Wednesday June 16, 2004 the SYSI Tournament Commitee met regarding the Mini FOS and U12 FOS Tournaments that were cancelled due to rain.  The Committee determined the following:

Mini FOS

With feedback from the teams that contacted the SYSI office and Zone Reps the Committee made the decision not to reschedule the Mini FOS Tournament.  The Committee felt that they could not run a successful tournament due to many teams not being interested or avaialble to play on another weekend.

The tournament fee that teams were charged was to cover the cost of medals for each player.  Most teams have already picked up team medals, any that haven\'t can pick the up from the SYSI office during office hours.  The tournament fee will not be refunded.

The SYSI office is located in the Saskatoon Kinsmen Henk Ruys Soccer Centre (219 Primrose Drive) and is open Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 4:30pm.

U12 FOS

All teams that were entered in the Under 12 FOS portion of the tournament will be contacted by a SYSI representative for feedback regarding the possibility of rescheduling the tournament July 9 - 11, 2004.  Teams will be contacted prior to June 21, 2004 when the Tournament Committee will meet again to review the feedback and make a final decision regarding rescheduling the tournament.
